The unique outdoor shower provided a refreshing experience.
Access to the resort was quite challenging, particularly for those with limitations. The steep and dark path leading to the hotel made transportation a hassle. I found the staff's demeanor less cute, which left a disappointing impression .

Amazing hotel with sea views over the rainforest and near to the beach and very welcoming staff. Impressive & fully functional room, a fridge, an electric kettle and air conditioning in there. Brilliant and awesome location in koh chang-many shops, great pool.

The pool area is fine, and we spent a whole day there just reading and relaxing. The food was delicious, especially dinner and breakfast, and the staff were friendly. Ringo the cat hanging out at our bungalow made it even better. Thanks for a great time!

The steep uphill walk to the hotel was a real charm, if you enjoy sweating profusely while carrying your bags. Do remember to bring earplugs, as the music from lonely beach is a good lullaby. I can't believe they didn't offer me a room upgrade for my 'troubles'-rude! I thought this place was a paradise!

Consider removing the mosquito net for a more comfortable night's sleep in the fan bungalow, as it can get quite warm.

The food at the hotel was amazing, with a great selection to choose from. The scenery surrounding the bungalows was stunning, especially from the treehouse. The location was perfect, with a short walk to the restaurant. The friendly staff, especially Jennifer, made our stay truly memorable and enjoyable, going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The bungalows were cute and had unique open-top private showers, which added to the charm of our stay.
There were a few issues that could be improved upon. The staff could have been more friendly and helpful, especially the foreign staff.
